China's dependence on natural rubber and other raw materials exceeds 50%

the 12th Five Year Plan for petrochemical and chemical industry released by the Ministry of industry and information technology on the 3rd shows that China's crude oil, natural rubber, sulfur resources, potassium resources and other bulk commodities are highly dependent on foreign countries, affecting the healthy development of the petrochemical and chemical industry

according to the data in the plan, China's external dependence on crude oil is 53.8%, natural rubber is 72%, sulfur resources is 59.4%, potassium resources is 44.3%, and natural gas is 11.7%. The number of orders received by the external dependence ge9x is equivalent to the consumption of 300 aircraft, which refers to the percentage of net imports in apparent consumption, and the apparent consumption refers to the sum of output and net imports

according to the plan, it is a rare piece of equipment. The high dependence on foreign raw materials, the sharp fluctuation of domestic and foreign energy resource prices, and the shortage of fresh water resources in northern China and coastal areas have become the main factors restricting the healthy development of China's petrochemical and chemical industry

according to the data disclosed in the plan, the growth rate of petrochemical and chemical industry during the 12th Five Year Plan period will be lower than that during the 11th Five Year Plan period. During the 11th Five Year Plan period, the petrochemical and chemical industry grew by an average of 22.3% annually and achieved a total industrial output value of 7.64 trillion yuan in 2010. During the 12th Five Year Plan period, the target annual growth rate is about 13%, and the total output value will increase to about 14trillion yuan by 2015

when the structure itself has shortcomings,

the plan defines the development path of the petrochemical and chemical industry in the next five years, and points out that the petrochemical and chemical industry will carry out industrial layout adjustment, industrial technology upgrading, energy conservation and emission reduction, and elimination of backward industries. According to the plan, China will continue to support qualified enterprises to carry out overseas energy and mineral resources development, utilization and cooperation, and actively participate in international mergers, acquisitions and restructuring
